EVENT OVERVIEW

We are proud to announce, for the first time in Tour History, the 2020 Golf Channel Amateur Tour National Championship is heading to Bend, Oregon and Sunriver Resort!

Tour Players competing in the National Preview will get an opportunity to see and compete on two of Sunriver's Courses, the Crosswater and Meadows.

Entry fee of $495 includes all green fees, cart fees use of practice facility, generous prize fund, double points, player gift, and trophy to event champions.  The top three and ties will qualify to compete in the 2020 National Championship.

Crosswater is honored by Golf Digest as one of "America's 100 Greatest Courses" and is a heathland-style course situated on 600 magnificently scenic acres of woodlands and carefully preserved wetlands.  Sunriver's flagship course has beautiful bent grass fairways and greens and is threaded by the gently flowing Deschutes and Little Deschutes Rivers.  Crosswater has hosted the 2013 and 2017 PGA Professional National Championship.

Meadows is acclaimed architect John Fought's latest creation.  The course features tremendous variety within its 18 holes, seven of which border the meandering Sun River.  Fought's design pays tribute to the great American golf courses from the 1920's and 1930's with its aesthetic grace, while its dramatic use of directional and fore-bunkers serve up ample challenges.  Meadows has hosted numerous USGA and NCAA golf championships, including the NCAA Men's Divsion 1 National Championship.
